My First House Hack!
Investment Info:
Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Shawboro.
Purchase price: $220,000
Cash invested: $11,000
This was my first house hack! It was my first step to financial freedom through passive income!
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
I wanted to get into Investing and wasn't sure how to at the time. I took the project on head-on and got the property cash flowing within a month of closing the deal!
Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
I have a mentor that walked me through the whole process, from screening tenants, to rental rates! I want to help someone who has the same goals!
