Short Term Rental cabin in East Tennessee.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I've always wanted a short term rental in East Tennessee.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

It was an off market deal from a friend

How did you finance this deal?

Cash and some funds from a 401k.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Short term rentals are very challenging. You have to inventory them, maybe update decor, fire a property manager, etc. Then you have to get a business license and maybe complete some differed maint.
