Investment Info:

Single-family residence other investment.

Purchase price: $201,000

I was the representing agent for my buyers on this investment home. They were looking for a single family home with low Maintenace costs for them to use as a long term rental property. I was quickly able to find them this 2 bedroom 1 bath residence located in Port Richey Fl. The benefits of this specific home was it included paid for solar panels, eliminating any electrical costs. I was also able to negotiate $9,000 off the original asking price and include another $6,000 towards closing costs. I was Happy to represent and satisfy my clients in there investment journey.
