What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I bought as a primary home, but it didn't work for us. I plan to finish the basement and it should give us a return of over 100k.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

MLS

How did you finance this deal?

Conventional 5% down

How did you add value to the deal?

Fence, concrete, framing basement and plumbing in basement

What was the outcome?

Still working on it, started Airbnbing it to pay the mortgage.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?
