Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Hanamaulu.

Short Term Rental Cabin in Western North Carolina!

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

We have a long term rental already and wanted to give short term rentals a shot. We were looking for a side project that is a little more involved.

How did you add value to the deal?

The appraisal came in 10% higher than our purchase price. We plan to add additional amenities to the property to increase winter rentals.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

We are managing from afar so the biggest challenge was finding our team and pushing ourselves to accept the challenge to go for it.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Churchhill Mortgage out of nashville is great! Carol Borrelli with eXp realty is fantastic!
