Investment Info:

Mobile home buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $1,400,000
Cash invested: $140,000

Purchased outright. The sellers were going through a divorce & it was half renovated so I got a good deal. It is a 3/2 upstairs and a first floor accessory unit that is a 2/1. I will be combined the upstairs & down, adding another bed/bath to make a 6/4, & putting a pool in. Purchased for 1.4m, will put 300k in, should re-appraise for 2.5m.
