Rentometer & Other Sources
I'm a new investor currently putting in offers for an investment property. How accurate is Rentometer for finding market rents? Is it worth paying for? Does anybody have any advice if they've used it before? Does anybody know any other best practices for finding appropriate market rents for a unit?
