Going on Monday to view a duplex. Rent is $700 per side/mo. Utilities are said to be 400/mo paid by landlord, taxes 1300, insurance 500. both sides 3 bdrms and one bath. Owner is retiring. Price listed is 40,000. Would welcome thoughts
