Best self-directed solo 401K providers

I'm very interested in a self-directed solo 401K with checkbook control. Can anyone recommend a reputable provider?

hey tom we use equity trust co. Www trustetc.com we dont hv checkbook control but paying people and getting checks cut is all online and usually takes 4 days total. Im seeing some of my colleagues using quest but I dont know much about them. I know others have used entrust. If this info helps u n any way pls vote for this post. Good luck tom.
