What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
The "strategy" is different, so I am learning a little bit more of something new.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
It's the network of women I am privileged to know. We are all at different stages in our investment career, and everyone is so willing to share their knowledge and experience. Having others to vet the deal with helps alleviate the fear.
