Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Cash invested: $30,000

Purchased a home for a short Term Rental. Net Cashflows (after mortgage, utilities, etc) provide 50-100% annual ROI on cash invested.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I looked at multiple deals, and the numbers worked on this one.

What was the outcome?

The location was strategic - close enough to the beach to still pull great rental income; far enough from the beach to be less expensive than other properties.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

Gene Wilkes with Supreme Lending.
I have obtained loans on three properties with him, and several clients with challenging situations have worked with him as well.
