I have a contract on a 14 unit, 9 Baths, community kitchen/bath, ADA compliant, single room occupancy. My goal is to assist our Veterans who need it . possibly subsidized. 6400 sq ft, Inspections complete. Needs cosmetic work , floors , paint ,laundry room. Currently has a high vacancy rate due in part to a non-interested absentee owner. The potential rent roll is 75K , Expenses 35K,
