Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Swiftwater.

This was a new construction project that I developed, had built, then did a refi out of the construction loan into a long term 30 year fixed rate mortgage. Residential 4 unit property. Long term Build & Hold
