Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $68,000
Cash invested: $6,000

This is my first rental property. I wanted to get one under my belt, with a little minor rehab that I completed myself I had a family in within a couple months. It was all a learning curve for me.
