Hello,

Property prices are very cheap, for example you can get older duplexes having a monthly rent of ~$800 in the Cleveland, OH area. The houses are old, but ~$20K.

What do you guys think? Does it make sense to get it for the cash flow? These are probably not going to appreciate, but if the purchase price is so low, what have you got to loose?

Am I missing something here guys? Please chime in ..

@Manzur Y. 44102 is rough. I don't invest there. I invest in 44109,44129,44134,44135,44144. I try to stay south of the zoo and west of w 100th street.
