Fixed Rented Then Sold in same year to owner occupied and moved tenant to another property.

Historic Home that was mainly just clean up and paint.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Wholesale deal

Paint and a few electrical and plumbing items plus new appliances and water heater.
