Purchase price: $330,000

Beautiful Duplex, buying with the intention of renovating and renting out.

I had my eye on this specific neighborhood for about 6 months before I found this property. With interest rates being super high in 2023, it was close to impossible to find any decent listings that didn't require a lot of work or were just overpriced. I found this listing on Zillow, looked at the numbers and everything checked my boxes, so I contacted the owner and kept a close eye on the listing. Turns out He lived out of state and was very motivated to sell, giving me the chance to a good offer.

Ultimately have patience, really research what you are wanting to do, and keep investing in yourself!
