Good books on the analysis side?

Hello - I’m just starting out in my education about rental investments.  I recently read Brandon Turners’ book “rental property investing.”  There’s so many more books out there and I’ve already ordered three more.  I was hoping folks here could help me pinpoint a book that really details out the math on the analysis side and explains the different ratios, metrics etc. that are used in evaluating prospects.  Thanks so much!
