Bought a 3 unit property 10 mins away from me!
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
I previously owned a duplex, I love the location of this triplex. I ran the numbers and it cash flowed well!

I found it on Zillow! I offered asking price due to multiple offers being put in
How did you finance this deal?
Cash out refinance on my primary house, conventional mortgage 25% down
How did you add value to the deal?
I told sellers they could leave some junk that was in the garages and outside
What was the outcome?
I got the property and now rent it out!
