Purchase price: $430,000

New construction. 5.99% interest with a 5 % down.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The rate, the sale pay the closing cost and the grow of the area

What was the outcome?

I am renting a room and leaving in the property for 18 month after that I am going to rent the property.
