Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $171,000
Cash invested: $34,000

Bought a 2 unit as a househack, living in the upper and renting out the lower unit. I have a roommate in my unit as well, I currently receive $1650 in monthly rent and will be around $2200 when I move and it's fully rented. I'll be at about $850 a month cashflow when it's fully rented.
