First Live In Flip

Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) fix & flip investment in Duck Creek Village.

Purchase price: $145,000
Cash invested: $36,352
Sale price: $250,000

First property purchased to be a live in BRRR, ended up being a live in flip as we moved out of the area. Over about 2 years my wife and I did most of the handy work ourselves. From poopy sinks, to drywall, to flooring we dealt with a lot. We bought as a house hack, one unit rented as we lived in and fixed the other. Once the tenants moved out we fixed up their unit. We moved out and sold because we were hoping to escape the city.
