Crumbling Foundation
I have a house tied up under contract. When I did the exterior site walk I noticed that the foundation is deteriorating. It appears that the concrete has softened and is crumbling. Does anyone know what repairs for this would be? Is it something that I should be concerned about? How can I throw an estimated repair cost at it?
