Townhouse fix & flip investment in Romeoville.

Purchase price: $160,000
Cash invested: $230,000
Sale price: $275,000

A full rehab in Romeoville. New flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, light fixtures, trim, doors, etc. Ended up selling for higher than expected which makes us want to return to the neighborhood for another one!
