Sites like Brightinvestor.com, but cheaper
Hello all, newbie here with Pre approval letter and currently researching cities for investment properties. I was using Brightinvestor's free trial and found it very useful. However, I think their pricing is a bit much. Before I purchase an annual package, I was wondering if you all knew of any other sites that do the same as Brighinvestor, but cheaper.
