Our First Crowdfunded Development Deal Is Fully Funded! - Thanks BP!

I wanted to give a shout-out to BP for helping to fund our first crowdfunded deal on iFunding. We raised $603,750 in exactly 24 days, or just over $25k/day. I don't have the exact figures, but I estimate about 25% or so of the funds were raised from folks on BP.

Here is a picture of the rendering for this project:

We expect to complete the project around the end of 2014 and our investors should earn around 18% on their capital invested with a 10% preferred return.

Oh....and I expect to be listing crowdfunded deal 2 sometime in the next few weeks. Stay tuned!
