Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Beacon Falls.

Purchase price: $105,000
Cash invested: $10,000
Sale price: $210,000

While in college, I had enough money saved to put 3% down on a property and make some small improvements. With the luck of the market, I benefited and realized that real estate is what I would like to do long term.
