Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Hermitage.

Property was old, worn, but livable. We did floors, and multiple interior repairs ourselves while living there. We had some other work done by contractors. We half-finished the basement, adding drywall, paint, and trim. This made the overall appearance of the property much better and allowed us to re-sell for a profit.
