Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $150,000
Cash invested: $60,000

Rented it for $2195. Mortgage payment is approx $1800. Cash flow = $400

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Moved kitchen and removed walls

What was the outcome?

Rented pretty quickly

I personally will try to avoid buying a home under 1000 square feet again.
