Estimating landlord Insurance

Jeff Sanders
Posted

Hello all.
In analyzing rentals, does anyone have a fairly accurate way of estimating landlord insurance in varying states?
I don't want to waste anyone's time providing quote after quote for me for the properties I am merely in the analysis stage with.
I live in Fl. where insurance is pretty costly but I am also investing in states where insurance seems less expensive. Has anyone had accurate experience with say... Steadily insurance (steadily.com)?
You input and recommendations are greatly appreciated.
