Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $121,000
Cash invested: $15,000

My first home purchase turned LTR. Purchased in 2020 with a conventional loan, 20% down to get a 3.5% interest rate for 15yrs. 1 year later I refinanced for 30 years at 2.875%, took my equity out and now it's renting for $1400/month.
