What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I have always wanted to get into real estate. This deal came up and I had to jump in two feet first.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I had worked with property owner previously, and he had reached out to me about selling the property. after going through the property with the owner and going through the deal analysis on bigger pockets, I went back to the property owner and advised him that I needed to get this property with little to no money down. He agreed and just took the first monthly payment and used it as a down payment. He would go ahead and write the contract and sell the house. My wife and jumped both feet in.

How did you finance this deal?

We finance this deal through the property owner, through a private contract.
