Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $235,000
Cash invested: $30,000

Duplex I bought for my son in Cleburne, Texas.
Buying them for my children helps me deal with the crap that sometimes comes up instead of selling them too quickly.
