Is It a Good Neighborhood?

Raul Gonzalez
Posted

Hello guys,

I am trying to do a full flip on a multi family in Columbus Ohio. The neighborhood its in is South of Main. Before I make the deal I wanted to know if yall could tell me if its a good place to invest. I want to make it into a LTR but I am also willing to sell if its the best way to go. I am from out of state so I don't know Ohio market yet

It's hard to give an exact response since I don't know exactly where it's at, but broadly speaking, South of Main is a solid spot. It's just North of the Children's Hospital on the south side and south of some really old historical homes in Franklin Park, Olde town East, and close to the Franklin Park Conservatory.
