What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

This deal as many others are favorable to all parties involved. Major price cut, shorten the time of waiting for the title to be transferred (7 years - 2032) and 30% free of charge paid ($375,000).

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

A well known associate presented this deal offering a finder's fee and I took the opportunity.

The seller must agree to AEISOL's terms, leave it to us. If they do not agree we can always choose another investment.

TOTAL PRICE $1.05M

$56,250 (2029)
$56,250 (2030)
$56,250 (2031)
$112,500 (2032)

How did you add value to the deal?

Connecting several different parties to mutually combine cash.

What was the outcome?

A great success. Currently the deal is active.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

The biggest challenge or heads up for buyers dealing AEISOL would be the seller agreeing to our terms.

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

No.
