Single-family residence buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $30,000
Cash invested: $7,500
I purchased a property on a quick claim deed around 8 years ago and I have my dad in there and he's not paying and there's no lease agreement I live in Florida and the value has gone up it needs work done so I want it to put a nice investment to get it rent sell ready and you cash to invest in property here in Florida I really need a mentor who can help me make the right moves with this investment please email if anyone is interested mentoring an beginner ambitious investor. I always wanted to be involved in real estate but after learning more I decided I want to build my portfolio and get more properties

A friend was getting rid of it
