Investment Info:

Condo buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $160,000
Cash invested: $140,000
Sale price: $195,000

Prices don't seem to be declining, and I have sons that don't have dwellings of their own. When we die, one or both will have someplace to live.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Saw it on Zillow and went through agent.
