Bought a Duplex in Columbus and doing MTR

Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Syracuse.
Purchase price: $375,000
Cash invested: $50,000
I bought a duplex in Columbus in 2024 for 375k and put some money into renovations to raise the value and do mid-term rentals. It has been a success and I am cash flowing over 2k per month doing mid-term rentals. I am holding onto this duplex for the long run, I believe it will appreciate in value over the next decade and cash flow even more in the future since Columbus is a growing city.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
I want to build wealth and achieve financial freedom in the future.

I found this deal on the MLS.
How did you add value to the deal?
I did a renovation to increase the value and create a beautiful space to successfully do the mid-term rental strategy.
What was the outcome?
I am cash flowing over 2k per month and holding the property so that it appreciates in value.

The mid-term rental strategy is amazing for cash flow and great tenants.
