This was a fun purchase for a whole sell deal! I got to meet some new investors from the south shore of San Pedro and connected with future business ventures. Mike was awesome to work with on this deal and looking forward to working with him on future projects!

This was a partial fix and in a perfect location for an investor who lives in the area and knows that market!
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
This deal was listed on the MLS and it was over 70 days on the market. It fell out of escrow and I was able to snag it at a discounted price!

I eliminated any commissions on this deal since it was a whole sell, I also made sure the investor saw value in the projected margin numbers.
