Investment Info:

Condo buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $225,000
Cash invested: $45,000

2 Br 1.5 Ba, lived in for 2 years then rented out in 2018, still have the same tenant as of now 5/2025

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I needed a place to live and it started the bug of real estate investing

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Through a conventional agent with a 20% down 30 year mortgage

How did you finance this deal?

20% down personal cash, finance the rest

How did you add value to the deal?

I keep every property up to date like my own home, and in this one time. Have only needed to replace a navien water heater and fix a toilet.

What was the outcome?

Still holding onto it
