Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $125,000

This is my first ever investment property. I originally purchased this 2 bed / 2 bath single family home as owner occupied since I qualified for the down payment assistance program for first time homeowners. Once I satisfied the number of years living in the property for the down payment assistance program I then started to travel and turned this property into an investment.
