2500 garage space
Question for the group, im contemplating buying a three unit but the deciding factor on whether this cash flows is what I could rent out a 2,500 sf brick garage for? Its in the little village area (south lawndale). Does anyone know any resources or ideas on what I could do with that space? Would commercial companies be interested in such a space as a workspace, storage?
