When you were working through your very first real estate deal, what tools, resources, or systems do you wish you had at the time that would’ve made the process smoother, less risky, or more profitable?
Now that you’ve been through it, are there any tools or systems (similar or adjacent to bigger pocket deal analysis tool) you’ve found that help fill those early gaps? Even with those tools today, are there still areas that feel underserved, especially for new investors just starting out?
