Selling Condominium
I'm just starting to learn how to do realestate deals,I have a seller,who motivated to sell her condo,which is listed with a realtor, but have had no showings,so the seller is ready to sell,and wanting to know what need to happen to get on with selling the condo fast. The seller wants out now, My question is how or what other ways can this be accomplish.
