1st timer looking for short-term rental investment
I'm looking to purchase my first investment property and not sure how much income it would generate. Is there someone with experience/expertise in this area to help me input some of the numbers on this? I'm uncertain of monthly costs to enter into the calculator/predictor, which would be very helpful for me to figure out if this is the right investment.
