Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $240,000
Cash invested: $53,000

Stylish 3BR/2BA home is just minutes from Legoland and sits in a peaceful neighborhood across from a scenic lake.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Proximity to my primary home, and price

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Across from my primary home. Made initial offer which was not accepted. After a month the property had no contract, so made another lower offer which was accepted.
