STR in Broken Bow

Hello- I recently bought two properties in Broken Bow and since I bought them the market has taken a turn for the worse and they keep building new cabins which is lowering the values of existing properties.  Anyone experiencing this and are you planning on selling or is the market going to turn for the better anytime soon.
