Accurate Market Value Estimations

Estimating the value of a single-family home depends on many factors: address, number of rooms, lot size, garage, number of bathrooms, and countless other details.
On top of that, a thorough and professional home inspection sharpens the valuation accuracy.
Additionally, a certified real estate appraisal report provides further insight into the property’s value.

My question: Are there any algorithms or products today that can accurately estimate property value based on all these data points?
After all, all this data exists across various systems and is accessible.
Thanks in advance,
Ron
