Cash invested: $35,000

This was my first home i ever purchased @ 21 years old & it was an off market Deal that I did a BRRR on & refinanced after i invested about $40,000 fixing it up & ended up getting all of my original $65,000 that i was into the deal with. This made me addicted instantly.
