Which way to pivot
Hello all, 1st post alert. LOL! Need some guidance from those who have been in the game for a while. Strange but probably not unfamiliar territory. Over budget fix and flip. Trying to decide if I sell it and it breaks even, should I walk away vs doing a rental. In running comps I might break even and recoup all my capital. If I do long term rent it won't cash flow. If I short term rent I will have to invest more and self manage in order to even possibly cash flow. IF and that's a BIG IF as I would have to meet the STR Market occupancy rate in order to make that happen. Thoughts and or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you BP community!

I would sell and cut your losses. If using it as a long term rental doesn't cash flow you are gambling on the short term rental working out. You also need to furnish and get it ready which is more capital to sink in. Use it as a learning deal and don't make the same mistakes.
